Personal AI System
Atlas
A personal AI chief of staff that runs my career like an operating system.
Atlas is an agentic AI assistant I built to manage the parts of my work that used to fall through the cracks: my job search, my consulting pipeline, and the dozen half-finished ideas an ADHD brain throws off in a week. It plans my days, researches leads, preps my client calls, and remembers everything across sessions so I don't have to.
The problem I built it for
I have ADHD. I generate ideas faster than I can finish them, and context-switching quietly kills my follow-through. I was running a full-time dev job, a job search, and a consulting pipeline out of my head and a pile of scattered notes. Things got dropped. Atlas exists to be the one place that holds all of it and points me at the single next thing that matters.
What Atlas actually is
Not a chatbot. An agentic system with a memory, a library of skills, and hands. It reads my context, follows rules I've written about how I work, runs multi-step workflows on its own, and reaches into the tools I already use.
Skills
Reusable workflows it runs end to end: plan my day, research a lead, prep a client call, run a weekly review.
Persistent memory
It remembers decisions, preferences, and project state across every session. I never re-explain myself.
Context and rules
Files that encode who I am, how I communicate, and how I work, so its output sounds like me and respects how I think.
Live tool access
It works inside my real tools: email, calendar, project boards, file storage, deploys, and the browser.
How it's wired
The assistant core orchestrates everything. Skills are the playbooks. Memory and context make it personal and consistent. Tool integrations give it reach into the systems where the work actually happens.

What it does day to day
Representative sessions. Names and numbers changed.
Morning planning
Pulls my calendar and open work, then names the one thing that actually matters today.
Lead research
Researches a prospect across their site, socials, and reviews, then tells me where the opportunity is.
Client call prep
Builds the prep before a call: who I'm talking to, what to ask, and the call I have to make before I walk in.
Why this matters if you're hiring
Atlas is proof I can design and ship agentic AI automation end to end: skill architecture, multi-step orchestration, persistent state, tool and API integration, and prompt and system design that produces reliable, on-voice output. The same patterns that run my life can run a business process.
